1. Acceptance and scope
By accessing or using a DTyle.AI website or service, you agree to these terms. If you act for an organisation, you confirm that you have authority to bind it. A signed service, pilot, licence or data-processing agreement may add to these terms; where it conflicts with these website terms, the signed agreement prevails.
2. Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter a binding agreement. You are responsible for accurate account information, keeping credentials confidential, restricting access to authorised users and promptly notifying us of suspected misuse.
3. Services
DTyle.AI provides computer-vision software that can analyse authorised camera feeds and produce alerts, metadata, snapshots, reports and operational insights. Availability, deployment mode, detection scope, service levels, retention and support are defined in the applicable proposal or agreement. Demonstrations and prototypes may use illustrative or simulated data.
4. Customer responsibilities
You are responsible for lawful camera installation and use, notices and permissions, access rights, network and equipment readiness, human response procedures, and ensuring that your use complies with workplace, surveillance, privacy, safety and sector-specific laws. You must not submit data you lack the right to process.
5. Acceptable use
You must not misuse the services; interfere with their security or operation; attempt unauthorised access; introduce malware; scrape or reverse engineer protected technology except where law expressly permits; infringe rights; conduct unlawful surveillance; or use outputs as the sole basis for decisions that legally require qualified human judgment.
6. AI output and human oversight
Computer vision is probabilistic. Alerts and classifications may be incomplete, delayed, inaccurate or affected by camera position, lighting, weather, obstruction, connectivity and site conditions. The services assist—not replace—trained personnel, certified safety systems, emergency procedures, alarms or legal compliance controls.
7. Intellectual property
DTyle.AI and its licensors retain all rights in the website, platform, models, software, interfaces, documentation and branding. Customers retain rights in their source footage and customer materials. Rights to service outputs, feedback, configuration and custom work are governed by the applicable agreement.
8. Confidentiality and data
Each party must protect confidential information and use it only for the agreed purpose. Personal and operational data is handled under our Privacy Policy and any applicable data-processing agreement. You grant DTyle.AI the limited rights needed to process submitted data and provide the agreed service.
9. Fees, suspension and termination
Fees, taxes, payment dates, renewal and cancellation terms are stated in the applicable order or agreement. We may restrict access for material breach, security risk, unlawful use or overdue undisputed fees, subject to any contractual notice requirements. On termination, access ends and data is handled under the agreement and applicable retention duties.
10. Warranties and liability
Except as expressly stated in a signed agreement, the website and evaluation materials are provided on an “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, implied warranties are excluded. Liability limits and exclusions for paid services are set out in the applicable agreement; nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
11. Governing law
Unless a signed agreement states otherwise, these terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, and courts with jurisdiction in Chennai, Tamil Nadu will have exclusive jurisdiction.
12. Changes and contact
