Dtyle.AI Nuview Private Limited ("DTyle.AI", "we", "us" or "our") provides AI-driven computer-vision solutions for safety, security, compliance and operational intelligence. We act as a data controller for information collected through this website and our business relationships. For customer video and operational data, our role is normally defined by the applicable service, pilot or data-processing agreement.
2. Information we collect
Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect:
- contact and business details, including name, work email, telephone number, organisation, job title and enquiry content;
- website and device data, such as IP address, browser, device type, pages visited, referral source and security logs;
- account and access data, including authorised-user details, permissions and authentication records;
- camera or surveillance feeds supplied or connected by a customer for an agreed pilot or service;
- AI-generated outputs, including event metadata, alerts, object or behaviour detections, visual snapshots and incident records; and
- technical and operational logs needed to secure, support and improve the service.
3. How we use information
We use information to respond to enquiries, arrange demonstrations, assess and deliver pilots, provide and support our services, generate agreed alerts and analytics, maintain security, investigate incidents, improve performance, meet contractual duties and comply with law. We do not use customer footage for unrelated purposes without an appropriate legal and contractual basis.
4. Legal bases
Where applicable law requires a legal basis, we rely on performance of a contract, steps requested before entering a contract, legitimate interests in operating and securing our business, compliance with legal obligations, and consent where required. Consent may be withdrawn at any time without affecting earlier lawful processing.
5. Sharing and processors
We may share information with vetted hosting, infrastructure, communications, analytics, security and professional-service providers that process it for us under appropriate obligations. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights or safety, during a corporate transaction, or where you direct or authorise us. We do not sell personal information.

Services and suppliers may involve processing outside your country. Where required, we use recognised safeguards for international transfers and apply contractual, organisational and technical protections appropriate to the information.
7. Retention
We retain information only as long as needed for the purpose collected, contractual requirements, security, dispute resolution and legal obligations. Retention for CCTV footage, snapshots and analytical outputs is governed by the relevant customer agreement and deployment configuration. Information is then deleted, anonymised or securely archived where law requires continued retention.
8. Security
We use proportionate administrative, technical and physical safeguards designed to protect information against unauthorised access, alteration, loss or disclosure. No transmission or storage system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Your rights
Subject to local law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to processing, receive a portable copy, withdraw consent, and complain to a data-protection authority. If your information is contained in a customer's camera system, contact that organisation first because it determines how the footage is used.
10. Children
Our website and services are intended for organisations and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through this website.
