What is DTyle.AI?
DTyle.AI is a visual intelligence company. Its software applies AI computer vision to existing camera feeds to detect safety, security and operational risks across ships, offshore assets, ports, marinas and industrial sites.
Do I need new cameras?
Usually not. DTyle.AI is designed to work with existing IP camera infrastructure. A site review confirms camera coverage, angles and image quality for each use case.
What can the AI detect?
Configured events such as fire and smoke, missing PPE, people in restricted or line-of-fire zones, a person in the water, slips and falls, and perimeter intrusion. See the use-cases page for the full list.
Does it replace people or existing safety systems?
No. DTyle.AI is an additional layer of awareness. Alerts are meant to be verified by people and complement existing procedures, sensors and wearable systems.
Can it run on a vessel with limited connectivity?
Deployments can process video close to the cameras so alerts do not depend on constant high-bandwidth connectivity. The architecture is agreed during a pilot.
How accurate is it?
Performance depends on camera placement, lighting, weather and the use case. DTyle.AI validates results on your own footage during a pilot rather than quoting generic accuracy figures.
How is privacy handled?
