This website provides general information about DTyle.AI and its capabilities. It is not legal, regulatory, engineering, safety, medical, insurance or other professional advice. Deployment decisions should be based on a site assessment, applicable law and qualified professional judgment.
2. Not a replacement for safety systems
DTyle.AI is designed to support situational awareness. It does not replace certified fire or gas detection, alarms, physical security, emergency communications, safety management systems, trained watchkeepers, rescue equipment or mandated procedures. Customers remain responsible for safe operations and emergency response.
3. AI limitations
AI detections are probabilistic and may produce false positives, false negatives, delays or incomplete results. Performance can vary with camera quality and position, visibility, weather, lighting, occlusion, movement, connectivity, configuration, scene changes and events outside the field of view. Alerts must be assessed by authorised personnel.
4. Demonstrations and estimates
Dashboard previews, maps, incident scenarios, heat maps, recommendations, savings calculators and other interactive examples may use synthetic, illustrative or user-supplied assumptions. They do not represent guaranteed deployment results. ROI and savings outputs are estimates, not financial promises.
5. Incident and third-party information
Incident summaries and external links are provided for education and context. Public reports may be updated, and third-party sites remain responsible for their own content. Discussion of how computer vision could assist is hypothetical unless explicitly identified as an actual DTyle.AI deployment.
6. Availability and accuracy
We aim to keep website information useful and current but do not warrant that it is complete, continuously available or error-free. Product details may change as services develop. Contractual commitments exist only in a signed agreement.
